Salary Range Starting At: $55,000 Annually
As the Clinical Intake Supervisor, you will assess clients for appropriate placement into SAHLC treatment programs by completing Biopsychosocial, ANSA, SOGS, and health risk screening forms. Develop an Initial Treatment Plan for clients. Assures all releases are filled out appropriately and have the proper signatures. Transfer clients to the primary clinician and case managers as needed. Coordinate with external referral sources to accommodate the appropriate service needs of clients. The Clinical Intake Supervisor will ensure that the Mission of The Salvation Army is effectively carried out.
What You Will Do:
Minimum Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the minimal education, experience, skills, and/or abilities required for this position.
Education Master’s Degree or Licensing Track (License Mental Health Counselor LMHC or License clinical Addiction Counselor LCAC), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker).
Background Checks Position requires a background check to be completed, and all background check results will be reviewed.
Experience: Two years of office experience
Certifications: Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain The Salvation Army Driver’s qualification standard; must complete Safe From Harm training within the first 90 days of employment. Must be working towards or currently have CADAC certification

Supervisory Responsibility: Intake Specialist, Intake Specialist II
