Annual Compensation Range: $85,000K – $95,000K, Full-time, Benefit Eligible
Profession: Human Resources / Healthcare HR Business Partner
Location: Upstate South Carolina or Nashville, Tennessee areas preferred
Travel: Minimal, less than 10%

We are seeking a dynamic and relationship-focused Clinical HR Business Partner (HRBP) to serve as a strategic partner to operational and medical leadership teams. This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and is passionate about supporting clinicians and leaders through strategic human resources initiatives.

Reporting to the VP, Clinician & Operations HR Services, the Clinical HR Business Partner will provide consultative HR support across employee relations, workforce planning, retention strategies, leadership coaching, onboarding, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary HR contact for assigned business units and executive leadership teams
  • Partner with operational and medical leaders on strategic HR initiatives and workforce planning
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, performance improvement, corrective action, and career development
  • Support clinician onboarding, engagement, retention, and organizational culture initiatives
  • Collaborate with leaders to align HR strategies with operational and business objectives
  • Act as a trusted advisor and change agent to support organizational growth and transformation
  • Ensure HR practices remain compliant with federal and state employment laws and internal policies
  • Participate in strategic planning initiatives and HR process improvement efforts
  • Analyze organizational processes and identify opportunities to improve team effectiveness and outcomes
  • Manage HR projects and special initiatives as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive exempt-level Human Resources experience
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence leaders at all levels
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous HR experience supporting clinicians or healthcare operations
  • Supervisory or leadership experience
  • PHR or SPHR certification preferred
