Seeking a Clinical Housing Specialist to join our interdisciplinary clinical team working with individuals diagnosed with a Serious Mental Illness (SMI) or General Mental Health diagnosis under Court Ordered Treatment at our South Mountain Recovery Health Center.
Full-Time Employment: 40 hours/week
M-F 8:30a - 5:30p

Under supervision of Site Management, the Housing Specialist performs duties in support of therapeutic services and provides comprehensive direct support services which are structured to meet the needs of an adult population composed of SMI, dual diagnosed and/or referred persons. Responsible for working with the member to facilitate access to housing opportunities, address housing permanency and support the independent living in a community setting; performs related duties as required.
