THE OPPORTUNITY

This rolewillbe responsible fortheDSclinical standards and strategy,creatingand leadinga Learning and Development framework for theDePuy SynthesJointsbusinessThe individual will work closely withDePuy Synthes (Joints)Regional Sales Managersand Marketingtoensurethe education on-boarding,foundations training,learning pathwaysand ongoing education needs of thesales & clinical teamsareestablishedwith a focus on clinical, product and selling skills.

TheCFSTManager willretainclose links with regional and global DS Joints Education leads,participatinginglobal strategic teams to input into the commercial education global capability build.

TheCFSTManagerisresponsible fordesigningand deliveringthe strategic DS joints curriculumto support growth in newplatformsand areas ofproceduralinterestWherepossible, theCFSTmanager willpartner with the Global Education Solutions teamstoensure that Global Foundations,Advanced & Masteryprograms & curriculum aredeliveredinaccordancewithGlobal standards.

TheCFSTManagerwillalsobe responsible forselecting theappropriate deliverymechanism of internal training programs and then deliveringbest-in-class product & procedure training inAUand lead the technical training for employees within theDSsales & clinical teams. Their

expertisewill allow them to design, deliver and evaluatevirtual & instructor-led courses, evaluate &utilizedistancelearning tools and provide metrics to measure and improve participant experiences, trainingoutcomesand overall training effectiveness

There is also the ongoing broader Sales Function talent development as part ofsales & clinicalfunctional excellenceperformanceimprovement initiativesto ensure Commercial Education’s talent pipeline.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage thesales learning framework& pathwaysfor theDS Business,including the onboarding and establishment of new startersandNPIs
  • Coordinate & deliver global standard product and procedure training(Foundations Training)to new Sales & Clinical field teams, Advanced & Mastery Programsto tenuredteams allin line with the Blended Learning framework & global standards
  • Roll out of competency models and deployment of global frameworks (SUMMIT and Learning Portal)
  • RepresentANZ on APAC and Global Commercial Education workstreams
  • Developmetrics for success andcollaborate with RSM’s to track andmonitorfield teams competencies

Required:

  • Knowledge and Experience: Industry, Product and Procedural knowledgeinorthoapedics(joints)essential


Desirable:

  • BachelorsDegree,cert IV in training and assessment

  • A rea of study: Science, Business, Education

  • R elated industry experience Medical Devices: Sales, Education, Marketing preferred
