What You Need
7+ years managing in clinical engineering or a similar environment with proven business leadership (required)
3+ years leading people and developing leaders (required)
Bachelor’s degree in electronics, engineering, relatedfieldor equivalent experience(required)
Strongfinancial managementand strategic planning experience
Technical certifications (A+, CBET, CRES, CLES, CCE) preferred
Experience requirements may be waived for successful graduates of the TRIMEDX Clinical Engineering LeadershipProgramalthough the preferred path for program graduates is to gain experience as a Site Manager first.
