As a Clinical Engineering (CE) Imaging Technician I, you will independently diagnose, repair, calibrate and perform preventive maintenance on ultrasound equipment, portable/fixed x-ray rooms and mammography equipment while supporting assigned systems with minimal vendor support.
A caregiver in this position works on-site at Florida Weston Hospital from 12:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. with on call requirements.

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
A minimum of an Associate's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering Technology.
Additional years of relevant work experience or relevant military training may offset the degree.
A minimum of two years of CCF Clinical Engineering Tech II experience or five years outside experience maintaining and troubleshooting medical equipment.
A minimum of 2 years of specialty work experience within the servicing of general radiology equipment, X-ray generating equipment, interventional radiology, ultrasound equipment, portable/fixed x-ray rooms, mammography equipment or other similar complex medical systems may reduce the years of outside experience required.
