We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Effectiveness Lead to join our Quality Team at HealthHero on a permanent part-time basis (0.8 FTE, 4 days per week).
This critical role will shape how safe and effective care is delivered across our urgent and integrated care services. Your expertise will help ensure we meet national standards, learn from data insights, and continuously improve how we care for patients across our Bath, Swindon & Wiltshire (BSW) and Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin (STW) contracts.
While the role operates within a hybrid working model, the successful candidate will be expected to attend either our Chippenham or Telford office two days per week, typically on Tuesdays and Thursdays, to support collaboration, stakeholder engagement, quality improvement activity and service assurance.
You’ll support our Urgent Care services across both the BSW and STW localities, helping ensure services meet Schedule 4 quality requirements, national guidance and regulatory expectations, whilst promoting a learning culture focused on continuous improvement.
Please note: This role focuses on organisational assurance, standards and continuous improvement and does not involve autonomous clinical practice or prescribing.

You’ll be a registered healthcare professional (NMC or HCPC) with experience working at a senior or specialist level in clinical governance, quality, audit or service improvement.
Our ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:
Experience in urgent or integrated care settings, or working with NHS contractual quality frameworks, is desirable.
