Job Description

Volunteers of America Ohio & Indiana is dedicated to helping those in need rebuild their lives and reach their full potential. As an organization stretching across Ohio and Indiana we have over 1,000 committed and compassionate employees working in multiple impact areas.

We are currently seeking an energetic, self-motivated, dynamic professional to join our Fresh Start and Turning Point Program teams. Fresh Start is a family-focused residential addictions treatment program for mothers and their children. The Fresh Start Recovery Centers focus on helping mothers recover from opioid and other drug addictions and have healthy children. Fresh Start Recovery Centers serve pregnant women and mothers struggling with addiction. Our residential treatment provides 24/7 support to clients. This program uniquely allows mothers and children to remain together during treatment. Turning Point serves adult men in a residential treatment setting.

This position is also responsible for the overall program, clinical oversight, and monitoring of clients at the assigned location. Ensures all services are consistent with the mission of Volunteers of America Ohio & Indiana, and meet contract, funding and/or accreditation requirements. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate program records to meet agency, funding, and billing standards.

Qualifications

Master's degree with independent licensure required (LCSW or LMHC). Preferred dual license with LCAC. Previous supervisory and management experience required. The position requires the ability to supervise program staff, make site visits, conduct individual and group interventions, maintain programming, assess needs, make referrals, develop resources, and maintain good records. First Aid & CPR certification is required and must be maintained. VOAOHIN will provide certification if not already obtained.

$80,000.00- $90000.00
