
FlexStaff is looking for an experienced Physical Therapist ready to advance their career as a Clinical Director at one of our client’s skilled physical therapy clinics, specializing in orthopedic and sports manual therapy, for their clinic located in Brooklyn, NY.
Position Details:
Schedule: Monday to Friday
License Requirement: Must hold a New York State Physical Therapist license
Mandatory Certifications: First Aid, AED, and CPR certifications required
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the clinic's clinical and financial operations, aiming to meet or exceed performance goals.
Mentor and coach both clinical and non-clinical staff.
Build strong relationships with the community, patients, and referral sources.
Drive clinic growth through marketing initiatives in collaboration with the sales and marketing teams.
Create customized care plans based on the latest evidence-based practices and treatments.
Maintain timely communication with referral sources.
Oversee patient and staff schedules to ensure efficient care delivery.
Complete daily patient care documentation, including progress and discharge notes, promptly.
Set and pursue professional goals for personal and career development.
