Our client is looking for an experienced BCBA who is ready to grow into a Clinical Director role. If you're passionate about providing high-quality clinical care and have the desire to lead and mentor others, we'll provide the opportunity and support to help you get there.

What You'll Do

• Provide clinical oversight and supervision for a manageable caseload.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor client progress.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and clinical staff.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members.
• Work alongside executive leadership while developing the skills needed to become a Clinical Director.
• Gradually assume additional leadership responsibilities as you grow into the role.

What We're Looking For

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing.
• Experience supervising RBTs and providing parent training.
• Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills.
• A passion for mentoring others and developing leadership skills.
• Previous leadership experience is a plus but not required.
