
NFI Massachusetts Inc., a non-profit human services agency, is currently seeking an Independently Licensed Clinical Director for its Landing program located in Haverhill, MA.
This program provides safe, therapeutic, long-term residential placement for teenagers and young adults ages 17-21. The program serves youth and families struggling with issues that include emotional disturbance, trauma, family conflict and behavioral issues such as truancy, running and substance abuse.
The Clinical Director is primarily responsible for the overall planning, implementation, and oversight of the clinical programming, including direct supervision of the program clinicians. The Clinical Director serves alongside the Program Director as part of the program’s administrative team.
Salary $85,000 - $87,000
