
Ohel seeks a dynamic and innovative leader with proven success in clinical program management to serve as Clinical Director of its Housing program serving 300 individuals with mental illness and co-occurring disorders.
This master clinician will interact with clients, families, staff, clinical teams, community practitioners, and hospital systems. Successful candidate should have high level experience supervising clinical teams, maintaining regulatory compliance, as well as leadership experience within the field of mental health, the ability to work both independently and as part of a group, experience in building and maintaining relationships on multi levels, excellent organizational skills, superb verbal and written communication skills, a dedicated work ethic and excellent computer skills.
We are seeking a Psychiatric NP, PhD in Psychology or PsyD, DSW, or LCSW with extensive related experience. Position includes a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, as well as generous paid time off. This full time position is based in NYC and Nassau County with on call responsibility.
Salary: $170,000- $185,000
