
Job title: Clinical Director
Location: Rutland and Kings Veterinary Centre, Rutland, Leicestershire and Northamptonshire.
Salary: Up to £85,000 per annum (Depending on experience)
Hours: Full-time working over 4 or 5 day per week, there is no on call, however participation in the shared weekend and bank holiday day rota is part of this role

The team
Rutland Veterinary Centre is a supportive, community-focused first opinion practice based in Uppingham, Leicestershire. Alongside our RCVS-accredited hospital in Uppingham, we have accredited branches in Corby, Market Harborough, Melton Mowbray, Oakham, and Syston. We are proud to offer on-site emergency care 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
You’ll be supported by a dedicated administrative team — including HR, H&S, and finance — freeing you to focus on delivering outstanding clinical care.
As part of the Linnaeus family, you’ll also have opportunities to collaborate with colleagues across the group, attend leadership and clinical meetings, and contribute to veterinary excellence at a wider level.
Our passionate team of clinical and non-clinical staff deliver high-quality, personalised, and affordable care to patients and clients. We are deeply embedded within the local community and actively support numerous local pet charities.
