The Clinical Dietitian III has more significant experience in an acute are setting or environment consistent with job responsibilities. Clinical dietitians performing at this level are highly competent and consistently perform as experts in their professional skills and abilities. Collaborates with the patient, family/caregiver, physician, nurses, and other allied health care professionals, food services and the department leadership in the provision of care. The advanced practice dietitian has a broad knowledge base and their expertise may be in more than one area. They serve as consultants and a resource to the department and Cedars-Sinai. Dietitians at this level function as leaders and mentors within the clinical team. They lead the clinical team with motivation, creativity, and a commitment to strengthening the profession and the Clinical Nutrition Program at Cedars-Sinai.
