Day ShiftThis position's primary role is to provide Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT)and Diabetes Self-Management Training (DSMT) to adults in the outpatient setting. Provides 1:1 and class education. Assesses nutrition status of assigned patients and implement all components of the nutrition care process, according to food and nutrition department policies and local regulatory standards (IDPH, TJC, CMS, etc.). Monitors and evaluates nutrition interventions, makes appropriate adjustments to plans, as needed, and reports results of quality outcomes in the inpatient and outpatient setting. Has specialty practice experience and working knowledge in specific nutrition discipline. This position is a part of the Clinical Career Ladder Program.

Pay Range: $55,806.40 - $86,507.20 Annually
Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
