ntroduction to role:

Are you ready to turn complex clinical data into clear decisions that accelerate medicines to patients? Do you want to grow your craft while contributing to pivotal studies from day one? As a Clinical Data Manager I, you will help deliver high-quality, analysis-ready data that drives critical go/no-go decisions across our global clinical portfolio.

You will work alongside experienced Data Management Leads, cross-functional study teams and external partners to ensure every data point is reliable, timely and audit-ready—so our scientists and physicians can focus on what matters most: helping patients sooner. You will learn fast, take ownership of meaningful work, and see how your attention to detail and collaboration skills translate into real-world impact.

Accountabilities:

  • AssistwithStudylevelCDMadministrativesupportbased ontherelevantmodelandDMVendor.Thismayinclude but is not limited to activities related to the study start up, conduct and closeout phases. (i.e., documentation review and/or creation, User Access Testing, query management, data cleaning and reviews, third party data reconciliation in accordance with the project study model, KPIs and timelines.).

  • Daytodayresponsibilitiesmayincludebutarenotlimited to:

    - Study status reporting to therelevant clinical study teammembers, (e.g., provide data toclinicalteams forperformingmedicalandclinicalreviews,coordinationofinstreamdatareview, labdatareview,etc.)

    - CollaborationwithDataManagementVendorregardingupcomingdeliverablesandmilestone achievements (i.e., snapshots, interim, and migrations).

    - Oversightofthedataquality,documentationquality,andtypesofthesedeliverablesand milestones.

  • SupportDMDeliveryLeadstomaintainCDMspecifiedsystemsandtypesofdeliverables,milestoneachievements, risks and mitigations and data transfer agreements, and other study administrative needs.

  • SupportDMDeliveryLeadsinoversightofTrialMasterFilecomplianceforauditreadiness.Mayincludeactivities related to study expected document Lists and quality compliance checks.

  • SupportDMDeliveryLeadsinUserAcceptanceTestingofinternalandexternalelectronicDataCapturesystemsas required.

  • Providessupporttotheresolutionofissuesrelatedto ClinicalDataManagementdeliverables andinputtingideas to help resolve issues and contribute to continuous improvement.

  • PerformsanyCDMrelatedad-hocrequestsasrequestedbytheDM Leads.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Universityorcollegedegreeinthelifesciencesor related subject, pharmacy, nursing or equivalent relevant degree.

  • Languages:FluentEnglish(oraland written).

  • Attentiontodetailtoensure quality.

  • Goodverbalandwritten skills.

  • Abilitytoworkflexiblyonsimultaneousprojectsand proactively manage time to meet own deadlines.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to communicateeffectivelyinaglobalenvironment.

Desirable Skills/Experience:

  • Basic understanding of clinical trials methodology,ClinicalDataManagement, GCP and medical terminology
