Clario, a part of Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Clinical Data Manager to support the collection, validation, and management of clinical imaging data across global clinical trials. In this role, you will ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of clinical databases while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data that supports critical research and patient outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing
Perform clinical data management activities for assigned studies, ensuring all deliverables meet project requirements
Support study setup activities including database design, specifications, and approvals
Collaborate with project teams to define and implement study-specific edit check criteria
Execute, review, and resolve data discrepancies through edit checks and data reviews
Maintain accurate, complete, and audit-ready study documentation
Coordinate the receipt, processing, and reconciliation of external and ancillary data sources
Monitor data quality by identifying errors, inconsistencies, and trends, and driving resolution
Track and follow up on outstanding data issues to ensure timely closure
Participate in client meetings and provide updates on study progress
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal data management procedures
Contribute to continuous improvement of data management processes and standards
Support troubleshooting efforts and collaborate with internal teams to resolve data-related challenges
What We Look For
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Life Sciences, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
1+ years of experience in clinical data management within a pharmaceutical, biotech, or CRO environment
Working knowledge of relational databases and data validation processes
Familiarity with SAS and clinical data tools preferred
Understanding of clinical trial processes and terminology
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
Strong communication and collaboration skills in a cross-functional environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and Access
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or within a team
Commitment to maintaining quality, compliance, and documentation standards
Based in India or able to work in India in alignment with local employment requirements
