How you will make a difference (job overview):
This position’s primary role is to support youth and programs with data administration and linkage to unhoused community programs and resources. The Clinical Data Coordinator is primarily responsible for partnering with program resource specialists to ensure access to housing resources, county housing programs, attending case conferencing meetings, collaboration meetings, and providing education/information about housing needs to community stakeholders.
