Clinical Counselor

Albuquerque, New Mexico

We’re hiring a Clinical Counselor who wants meaningful behavioral health work, schedule flexibility, and the opportunity to build specialized expertise in eating disorder treatment.

You’ll step into a hybrid clinical role focused on individual psychotherapy, group counseling, treatment planning, and coordinated care. You’ll work alongside a supportive multidisciplinary team with dedicated documentation time, paid supervision, and a structured onboarding period.

What makes you a great fit

• You hold a Master’s Degree in Clinical Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
• You hold an applicable New Mexico license such as LMHC, LMSW, LPCC, or LCSW
• Provisional and independently licensed clinicians are welcome
• You have a genuine interest in treating eating disorders and related diagnoses
• You value collaborative, multidisciplinary care

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly rate: $30–$50 based on licensure, experience, and credentials
