
The Team:
Royal Hobart Hospital is Tasmania’s largest hospital, and the Adolescent Unit, as part of Paediatric Services, within the RHH provides care to young people aged 12-17. The Adolescent Unit admits patients across a range of specialties, including medical, surgical, and mental health. The Adolescent Unit features two dedicated Mental Health Observation Suites to accommodate mental health consumers. Paediatric Services collaborates closely with Child and Youth Mental Health Services, Allied Health, Child Safety Liaison Officers, and other services to deliver holistic care to Tasmanian adolescents.
The Role:
The Integrated Care Coordinator is a direct care team member of Paediatric Services, based out of the Adolescent Unit at the Royal Hobart Hospital. The Integrated Care Coordinator will:

Details of appointment:
Permanent, full time, day worker position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible.
*notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant, job share options considered.
Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time, part time, and casual vacancies.
Salary: $109,767 to $115,813 per annum (Pro rata). Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
