Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and organised Clinical Coordinator to join our Tai Seng Service Centre. In this patient-facing role, you will ensure smooth clinic operations by managing appointments, patient communications, billing, and administrative records. Your work will allow our audiologists to focus entirely on clinical care, helping to reduce wait times, improve patient satisfaction, and maintain strong relationships with hospital partners.

What you will do

  • Patient communication – Handle incoming/outgoing calls, WhatsApp, and SMS messages; manage appointment confirmations, enquiries, collections, and reminders.

  • Appointment management – Schedule, reschedule, and track clinic, hospital, and trial appointments.

  • Transactions & invoicing – Process patient billing and invoices accurately.

  • Administrative records – Scan and upload documents; maintain Excel logs for appointment tracking, repair servicing, monthly reports, and consumables.

  • Coordination & logistics – Liaise with hospitals and service centres to arrange evaluations, repairs, billing, and dispatch/collection.

What you bring

Experience

  • At least 3 years of experience in patient-facing administrative roles within a healthcare or clinic setting.

  • Strong familiarity with data privacy practices.

  • Basic proficiency in Excel and office systems.

  • Experience liaising with clinical staff (e.g., audiologists) and external service providers.

  • College / Diploma education

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
