The Clinical Consultant Pharmacist is a member of the multidisciplinary healthcare team supporting appropriate medication use for Residents in Long-term Care Homes and Retirement Communities. The Consultant Pharmacist works with the healthcare team to review medication use to identify medication-related problems and to achieve desired Resident outcomes. The Pharmacist will provide drug information, be involved in educational activities for healthcare staff and Residents, regularly attend medication management meetings and promote Resident safety.
This position requires regular travel throughout the Grey County and surrounding area, Chatsworth, Thornbury, Owen Sound, Tiverton, Hanover.

Compensation Range: annually. Actual pay rate will be based on the individual candidate’s credentials and experience.
Location: Location will primarily be LTC homes and retirement communities in the Grey County and surrounding area, Chatsworth, Thornbury, Owen Sound, Tiverton, Hanover.
