Clinical Systems Support Lead
Seniors Services | Hybrid Opportunity | Full Time

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Systems Support Lead to provide dedicated clinical leadership and support the optimisation of clinical systems including Clinical Manager and MedPoint. This role plays a key part in ensuring systems support safe, effective and person-centred care while meeting legislative, regulatory and organisational requirements.
About the Role
Reporting closely with operational leaders and corporate teams, you will act as the central coordination point for clinical system improvements, documentation standards, workflow enhancements and digital initiatives across Seniors Services.
You will work collaboratively with Digital, Risk & Governance, Finance and Business Systems teams to strengthen clinical processes, improve documentation efficiency and support frontline teams through system enhancements and change management.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and support the optimisation of clinical systems including Clinical Manager and MedPoint
• Coordinate and implement clinical system changes, integrations, templates and workflows
• Ensure systems align with assessment, care planning and documentation standards
• Support compliance with legislative, accreditation and regulatory requirements
• Partner with operational and corporate teams to scope, test and implement changes
• Provide expert advice and support to frontline and operational teams
• Assist with training, education and system-related guidance materials
• Contribute to digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support assurance and reporting processes relating to clinical documentation quality
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
• Current or recent experience as a Registered Nurse
• Strong experience working with electronic clinical information systems
• Knowledge of aged care, clinical documentation and accreditation requirements
• Experience supporting systems, process improvement or digital change initiatives
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams
• A practical and detail-oriented approach to balancing compliance, risk and service delivery
• Experience in clinical informatics, digital health or health systems will be highly regarded
