
The Role
We have an exciting and fast paced opportunity to join the Christies Beach Clinical Care team in the role of Clinical Care Coordinator & Nurse Mentor (PM shifts 2pm - 10pm). This full time role reports to the General Manager, with support and guidance from the Clinical Care Manager whilst Supervising and supporting our passionate care team. The key purpose of this role is to ensure that all our residents within our beautiful facility in Christies Beach receive the highest quality of clinical care. The Clinical Care Coordinator is responsible for the management and resourcing of the care needs within the facility, documentation and assessments are up to date and in alignment with best-in-class clinical practices.
