Department Overview

We’re seeking a Pediatric Cardiologist to join a community-embedded practice serving the Eugene/River Bend region. This role is ideal for a physician who seeks to deliver high-quality clinical care, has a passion for meaningful relationships with patients and referring providers, and enjoys the rhythm of community-based practice—without heavy academic or research demands.

You’ll practice under a Clinical Associate model, with strong connection to a regional tertiary pediatric cardiology program for advanced diagnostics, interventional care, and surgery.

Function/Duties of Position

What You’ll Do

  • Provide comprehensive outpatient pediatric cardiology care
  • Interpret echocardiograms, ECGs, Holter monitors, and exercise testing
  • Serve as a trusted cardiology resource for local pediatric and family medicine providers
  • Participate in inpatient consults at River Bend Hospital
  • Coordinate referrals seamlessly with an affiliated tertiary pediatric cardiology center
  • Build long-term relationships with patients, families, and the community

Required Qualifications

  • MD or DO
  • Fellowship in Pediatric Cardiology
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible
  • Eligible for Oregon medical licensure
  • Passion for community-based pediatric care
