
The University of Michigan-Flint's School of Nursinginvites current Neonatal Nurse Practitioners employed by Michigan Medicine's NICU, to apply for two open part-time (40% effort) clinical faculty positions. These positions will develop course content and teach in the Specialty Track program. Candidates with expertise in neonatal advanced practice nursing are encouraged to apply. This is an Assistant or Associate Clinical Professor appointment, with rank and salary commensurate with professional background and experience. These are not not fully remote positions; an on-campus presence is required as needed along with having oversight of a clinical network of collaborators. In addition, occasional travel to clinical sites may be required.

Required Qualifications:
Must be a current University of Michigan/Michigan Medicine Neonatal Nurse Practitioner;
A minimum of a doctoral degree in nursing or related field. If the doctoral degree is not in
nursing, the candidate must have a master's degree in nursing;
National certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner;
Three years of experience as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner in a Level IV Neonatal Intensive
Care Unit;
Prior teaching experience at the Graduate Level (precepting does not satisfy this requirement);
An unencumbered registered nurse license in the State of Michigan
