The Clinical Assistant provides both clinical and administrative support within an outpatient practice. This position works closely with providers, patients, and care teams to deliver high-quality patient care while maintaining efficient office operations. Responsibilities include obtaining patient information, assisting with examinations, coordinating care, scheduling appointments, and supporting day-to-day clinical activities
Full-time position Typical hours: - 3 - 11 hour days 7:00 am - 7:00 PM and every other weekend 7:00am-1:00 pm

Guthrie's Walk-In Care clinics are designed to provide care for patients with acute, non-emergency medical needs when they cannot get into their primary care provider's office. As a Clinical Assistant, you play a key role in helping patients receive timely care when they need it most.
Clinical Assistants at Guthrie provide both clinical and administrative support, assist with patient care, prepare exam rooms, coordinate appointments, maintain supplies, and work directly with providers. The role offers valuable healthcare experience and opportunities for professional growth within the Guthrie system.
Performs duties of a clinical and clerical nature. Maintains records and applies knowledge and skills to run a full functioning office for one or more Providers in Clinic. Assists professional staff by performing routine duties in caring for patients.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Knowledge of medical terminology, ability to communicate and excellent customer service skills a must. Must be dependable, professional, flexible and able to multi‐task.
Pay ranges from $17.40-$25.66 based off experience
