Vital Aire is currently looking for a dynamic and passionateindividual to join our vibrant team at theCambridge, Ontario branch!
As a Clinical Assistant, you will support CPAP therapy and handle essential administrative duties. In this full-time role at VitalAire your responsibilities include supporting healthcare professionals and providing CPAP therapy information to clients. You will contribute to seamless operations by completing office tasks, managing inventory, and helping with client appointments. Your commitment to safety and quality in patient care will be paramount to success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate CPAP therapy administrative support
• Provide information to clients about CPAP products
• Assist healthcare staff in patient service and documentation
• Maintain equipment through preventive maintenance
• Ensure compliance with safety and confidentiality protocols
• College Certificate in Medical Office Administration preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in office practice
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry
• Strong interpersonal skills in customer service
• Knowledge of funding programs and documentation

Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualification and other job-related reasons. This job grade falls within a salary band starting at the minimum of $45,000 with opportunity for advancement.
