The Clinical Assistant is a key asset to the overall team. Providing day to day staff, logistical, and administrative assistance to clinicians throughout the program. Triage clients and schedules appointments; screens and refers phone calls, and communicates and interacts with clients; provide clerical, word processing, and staff support to the program, and assists with other duties as assigned. Hours 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Will become a RBT within the first month of employment
Responsibilities may include the following but not limited to
• Complete daily clinic cleaning checklist• Give breaks to behavioral technicians during their session as needed• Enter client behavior data and skill acquisition data• Complete any materials for sessions as required by BCBAs• Ensure all clinically necessary documents are available for technician use• Audit employee and client files and maintain and organized office system• Complete monthly inventory • Word process, mailing, printing, laminating, and creating materials etc.• Be trained on crisis intervention program to assist therapists as needed with challenging moments occur• Other duties as assigned
