This role will support the Pennsylvania Clinical Assessment Team and applicants are required to reside and be licensed in the state of Pennsylvania.
The Clinical Assessor II provides a range of clinical services in accordance with program requirements, applicable regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies. Responsibilities include assessment, treatment planning, counseling, case management, crisis intervention, referral coordination, discharge planning, group facilitation, and other assigned clinical services.
This role collaborates with clients, families, referral sources, community partners, and interdisciplinary treatment team members to support engagement, continuity of care, and positive treatment outcomes.

Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and seldom lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Work Environment
This position operates primarily in mobile and community-based environments and requires frequent travel throughout assigned service areas. Assessments and admissions activities may occur in hospitals, emergency departments, residential facilities, outpatient programs, correctional facilities, schools, community agencies, client residences, and other referral locations. Employees may interact with individuals experiencing psychiatric, behavioral health, substance use, withdrawal, or crisis-related situations and may encounter exposure to viruses, diseases, infections, and emotionally sensitive or traumatic situations.
Compensation
