
The primary focus of the role is customer training in acute hospitals across GB. This role involves nationwide travel across GB.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Onsite customer training & support for the premium portfolio of medical devices including fetal monitoring, ECG, defib and simulation, supplied by leading global manufacturers.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with key clinical and administrative stakeholders across acute hospital settings.
Respond to customer queries in a timely & professional manner, provide customers with advice on products and ensure product configurations are appropriate for their clinical placements.
Communication & interaction with colleagues to monitor planned installations and schedule training with customers.
Provide clinical support, insight & education to colleagues across the business, including participation in sales demonstrations and product evaluations
Maintain professional registration as appropriate and establish & maintain certification, for customer training, with all required suppliers.
Maintenance of training records in electronic and/or paper format.
Participation in Clinical Education programs, delivered to customers and colleagues.
Contribute to the development of the Training & Education Team, participate in improvement projects and commitment to the principle of continuous improvement across the business
Role Requirements:
Clinical qualification in Nursing or a related healthcare discipline & minimum of 3 years’ experience in a related role.
Ideally a third level qualification in Nursing, Education, Training, or a related discipline.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, strong customer focused approach.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail, particularly in managing training schedules and coordinating with healthcare teams.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Full, clean driver’s licence, with the flexibility to travel regularly; this role involves nationwide travel across GB.
