Clinical Application Specialist
Deliver educational and consultancy services to our customers as well as handle customer related product or service requests
Your role:
Develops and executes an instruction program for the users, in order to maximize the independence of the user with regard to the operation of the system and choice of functions.
Customizes the system to the specific wishes of the users, in close contact with project management and account management, in order to maximize the performance for each specific user.
Monitors the use of each system, by regular contact with the users, in order to solve problems regarding the operation of the system or to adapt the system.
Keeps in close contact with the product group, in order to increase/maintain the application knowledge and be timely informed about new developments.
Participates in the development of new functionality or the development of improved system settings.
Provide technical and clinical leadership during sales process by demonstrating full range of product features including potential uses, product capabilities and benefits to customers as needed.
Use market and product knowledge to assist sales team in developing sales, marketing and customer service strategies.
You're the right fit if:
You have acquired a minimum of 4 years of experience with special focus on diagnostic imaging (CT, MR, X-ray) ideally operating Philips equipment.
You hold a bachelor's degree in medical Imaging, Radiology or related careers.
Your skills include basic to intermediate English level, effective communication and presentation skills, customer and patient oriented and ability to build and nurture relationships.
You own a Vehicule and have availability to travel to customer sites in Argentina and LATAM.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to CABA, Buenos aires.
