This position is responsible for the implementation of complex tools and processes, and the proactive support and maintenance of Pharmacy systems. Works independently with minimal supervision to effectively scope, plan for, and deliver on customer requests to include break fix issues and projects. Serves as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in assigned application(s) and processes and possesses a breadth of knowledge across applications. Aids in decisions on integrating applications and improving workflows. Utilizes best practices to implement and document consistent builds. Takes ownership of high complexity issues. Highly responsive to customers and shows an aptitude for the development and documentation of customer requirements.
Supervisory Responsibilities: No
Minimum Education: Graduate of one of the following: accredited professional Pharmacy program, accredited professional Nurse Practitioner program, or graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
