Job Description

The Clinical Application Scientist atCooperSurgicalplaysa pivotal role in enhancing the clinical usage of theCSI portfolio.

This includes hands-on in-clinic training, workshops, andspecialized guidance in biopsy practices and vitrification.Beyond technical support,thisroleemphasizes buildingstrong customer relationships, fosteringknowledge exchange, andensuringutmost satisfaction.

EssentialFunctions&Accountabilities:

In-ClinicTraining:

  • Lead andexecutehands-ontrainingsessionsforcustomersinclinics.

  • Offerdemonstrations andtailoredlessonstofosteradeeperunderstandingoftheCSIportfolio.

  • Createlocalin-clinic"embryocareprojects"thatclinicallydemonstratethatwecanprovideasafer journeyforgametesandembryos,creatingtestimonialsandin-clinicdataandbusinesscases

BiopsyandVitrificationExpertise:

  • Providespecialistguidanceinbiopsypractices.

  • Conductin-clinicvitrificationtraining,ensuringcustomersareproficientandconfidentin the process.

CustomerSupport&Satisfaction:

  • Assistcustomersinproductevaluations,ensuringtheyselecttherightsolutionsfortheirneeds.

  • LeadoptimizationprojectstohelpclinicsmaximizetheefficiencyandeffectivenessofCSIproducts.

  • Handletroubleshootingandaddresscustomerconcerns,ensuringswiftresolutionandminimized disruption.

  • DevelopClinicalApplicationScientistconsultancyprogramthatensuresthatlaboratoriesare

performingtotheirfullpotential.

  • Whilstin-clinicensuresallcustomerEQneedsaremet-e.g.optimaluseofRIW,checkingservice up-to-date,ensuringoptimaluseofCSIequipment-andforwardanyEQleadstoEQSM

  • Provide in depth product training and give necessary technical support to CooperSurgical distributors in the region

KnowledgeSharing&BestPractices:

  • ActasarepositoryofknowledgefortheCSIportfolio,offeringinsightsandbestpractices.

  • Facilitateworkshopsandsessionstoimpartessentialknowledgetobothcustomersandcolleagues.

  • Collaborate closelywithregionalteams, sharingknowledge,andassistingintrainingwhereneeded.

  • Increase# publications/congress talks/local data/testimonials supporting both CSI #1InEmbryo CARE andin clinic implementation.

  • Works closelyas part ofthe global Professional Education and Clinical Support team (PECS), toensurealignmentofactivitiesand sharing ofglobal best practices.Joins PECS meetings asdeemed appropriate by the Global Senior Director of Professional Education and Clinical Support.

  • SupportthescientificcommunicationprofilewithinputstoWhitepapersandARTScientific

  • ParticipateintheglobalonlinetrainingprogramofferingbyMedicalAffairs

RelationshipManagement

  • Buildandmaintainstrong,long-lastingcustomerrelationships

  • Understandcustomerneedsandprovidefeedbacktothecompanyforproductimprovementsor newproduct developments.

TeamCollaboration&Support:

  • Workharmoniouslywithcolleaguesacrosstheregion,creatingasupportiveandcohesiveteam environment.

  • Understandthefeaturesandbenefitsofeachproductandcommunicatetheseeffectivelyto customers, ensuringmaximum product utilization.

Travel:

80%travelaroundCentral and South America clinics
