The Clinical Application Specialist is responsible for providing clinical application expertise and post-sales support across Korea, ensuring customers obtain maximum clinical and operational value from Radiometer solutions. The role works closely with healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders to drive successful implementation, product utilization, customer satisfaction, and business growth.

This position reports to the Clinical Application Team Leader and is part of the Clinical Application Team located in Seoul and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Act as the knowledge point for customers to gain maximum value from all Radiometer products, working closely with Lab / Emergency Department clinical staff

• Liaise with hospitals to support evaluations and post-sales clinical support

• Be the Product expert to Radiometer customer, educating them in the effective use of Radiometer products and improve uptime.

• Be a subject matter specialist, demonstrating expertise on products, competitors and clinical and scientific topics.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Science, Biomedical Technology, Laboratory Technology, Chemistry, or any equivalent qualification.
• Proficiency in Korean and English.
• Strong IT skills, including MS Office and experience in CRM or other commercial tools.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role

• Approximately 60% of travel is required
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a vehicle are required.
• No specific physical environment requirements are applicable to this role.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Experience in the IVD (In-Vitro Diagnostics) market, including entry-level positions.

Clinical Application Specialist (Radiometer Korea)

Radiometer의 Clinical Application Specialist는 한국 내 담당 지역에서 모든 사후 지원(After-sales) 활동을 수행하며, 고객이 Radiometer 솔루션을 통해 임상적·운영적 가치를 극대화할 수 있도록 지원하는 역할입니다. 본 포지션은 Clinical Application Team Leader에게 보고하며, 한국 지역의 Clinical Application 업무를 담당하게 됩니다.

주요 업무

• 검사실(Laboratory), 응급실(ER),관련 의료진 등 다양한 고객과 협력하여 Radiometer 제품의 임상적·운영적 활용 가치를 극대화할 수 있도록 전문적인 지원을 제공합니다.
• 병원과 긴밀히 협력하여 제품 평가(Evaluation) 및 도입 이후의 임상 애플리케이션 지원을 수행합니다.
• Radiometer 제품 전문가(Product Expert)로서 고객 교육을 실시하고, 제품의 효과적인 활용과 안정적인 운영(Uptime 향상)을 지원합니다.
• 제품, 경쟁 제품, 임상 및 과학적 주제에 대한 전문성을 바탕으로 사내외 이해관계자에게 전문적인 자문과 지원을 제공합니다.

자격 요건

• 임상병리학과, 의공학과 또는 이에 상응하는 학사 학위 보유자
• 한국어 및 영어 능통자
• MS Office 활용 능력을 포함한 우수한 IT 역량 보유자
