Clinical and Marketing Professional Leader

As the Clinical and Marketing Professional Leader you will be part of our Sleep & Respiratory Care business. See Sleep and Respiratory Care | Philips for our products.


Your role:

  • Collaborates cross-functionally with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to align sales strategies with product enhancements and ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Implements sales strategies and approaches based on comprehensive analysis of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives and maximizing revenue opportunities.
  • Report to Central teams market follow up, trends and actions to assure the execution and implementation of zone strategy.
  • Applies advanced clinical knowledge and technical expertise to effectively demonstrate and articulate the clinical benefits and applications of Philips' products to healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
  • Adheres rigorously to ethical standards, regulatory requirements, and Philips policies in all aspects of sales activities, maintaining integrity and trust while fostering a compliant sales environment, working under limited supervision.
  • Analyzes complex market dynamics and customer insights to seamlessly implement targeted sales plans and growth strategies, leveraging data-driven decision-making to drive business expansion in clinical product sales.
  • Complies with established sales goals and performance metrics, continuously monitoring progress and adapting strategies as necessary to meet and exceed revenue objectives and market expectations.
  • Assesses customer requirements and clinical workflows through in-depth consultations and needs assessments, proposing customized products and services that address specific challenges and optimize patient care outcomes.
  • Builds strategic partnerships and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, administrators, and procurement managers, to foster long-term collaboration and drive sales growth.
  • Develops customized training programs and educational resources for customers, facilitating product knowledge transfer and ensuring effective onboarding and ongoing support to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Develops employees working in Clinical Sales, to achieve organizational goals and ensures compliance with industry regulations, all while fostering a culture of impact with care.

You are the right fit if:

  • Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with Bachelor's OR minimum 1 year of experience with Master's in areas such as Business Development, Clinical Sales, Sales Support or equivalent.
  • Clinical & Medical Affairs Know-how
  • Marketing experience
