The Medical Education department based in Naples, Florida is made up of over 20 physicians, physician assistants and other healthcare professionals. Arthrex is actively searching for a Clinical Advisory Operations Analyst to join the Clinical Advisory team. The successful candidate will work alongside a department of expert orthopedic healthcare professionals, world class faculty, and product management.

Main Objective:

As a Clinical Advisory Operations Analyst, you will work with Medical Affairs and cross-functional stakeholders to assist with the continuous development and execution of the Clinical Advisory Division’s activities. The Clinical Advisory Operations Analyst will generate informative reports, visualizations, and dashboards to provide actionable insights. The main objectives are to derive knowledge and understanding via detailed, concise reports and analytics that will lead to increased operational efficiency and effectiveness across the organization. Supporting a growing breadth of core functions, this role will help operationalize the administration and reporting features of the Clinical Advisory Division, and in turn enable improved outcomes for internal and external stakeholders of Arthrex.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assists in improving Clinical Advisory operations by emphasizing data collection methods and accessibility so that data can be presented in a manner that supports Arthrex executive leadership decision-making and interdepartmental reporting.
  • Produce and maintain reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Functions as an administrator, facilitator, and analyst across multiple project management, CRM, and custom solution platforms.
  • Assists with identifying process improvements for a plethora of complex tasks.
  • Assists the Clinical Advisory team with facilitation of daily functions to enhance efficiency and efficacy.
  • Assists the Clinical Advisory team on other critical activities and any key projects as assigned
  • Develops and continuously improves skills to be highly proficient with the functionality of the various platforms utilized in the Clinical Advisory Division

Experience and Education:

  • 2 years of experience working in an administrative and/or analytical capacity required.
  • Experience collaborating with multi-functional teams and subject matter Analysts preferred
  • Experience building reports for and addressing both technical and non-technical audiences preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Education, Health Sciences, Healthcare Administration, Business, Data Science, or similar.

Knowledge/Skills:

  • Knowledge and skills in working with learning management systems and business management tools
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, oral, written, and business communications skills
  • Ability to function effectively as a secondary contact with internal project teams and external clients, with guidance from more senior staff
  • Ability to prioritize and execute multiple concurrent tasks/projects on time and deliver quality results
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, and accuracy
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Familiarity with project management tools and the Microsoft suite
