As a Clinical Admin Team Lead, you'll take ownership of two vital services that keep patient care moving - referrals and pathology results and leading the people and processes behind them.
Every referral represents a patient waiting for the next stage of their care. Every pathology result represents critical clinical information that needs to reach the right person, fast. Your job is to make sure both run safely, accurately and without delay, not by doing it all yourself, but by building, supporting and developing a team that can.
You'll lead by example, remaining hands-on and an active member of the team, while your real focus is on developing colleagues, improving how the service operates, and making sure patients never experience delays because paperwork gets stuck.
We’re a small group of close-knit surgeries in South East London on a mission to deliver the best healthcare to our patients. We use a multidisciplinary approach – bringing together GPs, Nurses, HCAs, Pharmacists, Paramedics and Mental Health Nurses to deliver an efficient and effective service with strong outcomes for patients.
With high levels of patient satisfaction and low waiting times, we’ve been able to grow to almost 50,000 patients and we continue to grow at a rapid pace.
We serve our patients across 7 CQC ‘Good’ rated sites in Lambeth, Southwark and Lewisham, with each site having its own dedicated multidisciplinary team.
