Based in Auckland, we are looking for a Clinical Account Manager – Acute Care Therapies to join our New Zealand team and play a key role in driving both clinical excellence and commercial success across the ACT portfolio. This role will combine hands-on clinical training with strategic sales responsibilities, supporting customers across ICU, theatre, and critical care environments nationwide.

About the role:

In this role you will:

  • Lead the growth of the Acute Care Therapies portfolio across New Zealand, with an initial focus on Auckland-based hospitals and expansion nationally over time
  • Deliver high-quality clinical education, product training, and in-field support to healthcare professionals in ICU and theatre settings
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders including ICU clinicians, nurse educators, and procurement teams
  • Support product evaluations, trials, and implementations, ensuring successful adoption and customer satisfaction
  • Partner closely with the sales team to drive commercial outcomes, including contributing to tenders, quotes, and account strategy
  • Develop and execute territory plans aligned to revenue targets and strategic priorities
  • Become a clinical and product expert across key focus areas, initially including ventilation and wound care therapies
  • Travel across New Zealand (up to ~50%) to support customers and grow key accounts

About you:

  • Clinical background in critical care (ICU experience essential), with a strong understanding of acute care environments
  • Ideally 5+ years’ experience in ICU, with interest in or early exposure to a commercial or industry role
  • Confident delivering training and education to clinical audiences, with strong presentation skills
  • Commercially curious, with the ability to develop sales capability and engage in business discussions
  • Highly organised and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build credibility with both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working autonomously across a national territory
  • Open to travel and excited by a dynamic, field-based role
