Clinical Account Manager – Neurology (Netherlands)

We're looking for a clinically grounded Neurology professional to help lead and grow our Neurology business across the Netherlands. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in neurodiagnostic technologies and clinical neurology environments who enjoys partnering with healthcare professionals to improve diagnostic pathways and patient outcomes.

You will build trusted clinical partnerships with neurologists, neurophysiologists, epilepsy centres, sleep laboratories, and hospital decision-makers, supporting the adoption of Natus' industry-leading neurodiagnostic solutions, including EEG, EMG, and PSG systems.

What You'll Do

• Build trusted relationships with neurologists, clinical neurophysiologists, sleep specialists, technicians, procurement teams, and hospital leadership
• Conduct clinically focused product demonstrations and solution evaluations tailored to customer workflows
• Act as a trusted advisor, helping customers optimise diagnostic pathways and patient outcomes through innovative neurodiagnostic technology
• Support product installations, user training, and long-term customer success
• Partner closely with Clinical Application Specialists to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Stay informed on developments in neurology, neurophysiology, epilepsy, sleep medicine, and neurodiagnostic technologies
• Contribute to territory growth by identifying customer needs and supporting appropriate clinical and commercial solutions
• Manage sales opportunities through the full cycle, from customer engagement through contract negotiation and implementation
• Support the development of a territory business plan focused on sustainable growth and market expansion

What You Bring

• Strong knowledge of EEG, EMG, PSG, neurophysiology, epilepsy monitoring, sleep diagnostics, or related neurological technologies
• Experience working with neurology departments, neurodiagnostic laboratories, or clinical neurophysiology teams
• Ability to communicate confidently with clinicians and translate clinical needs into practical solutions
• Confidence delivering product demonstrations, training, workflow discussions, or clinical education in a healthcare setting
• Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Consultative mindset with the ability to understand customer needs and support practical, value-based solutions
• Experience in medical device sales, healthcare sales, or capital equipment sales would be advantageous but is not essential
• Degree in Life Sciences, Clinical Neurophysiology, Biomedical Sciences, Nursing, Healthcare, or a related field preferred
• Fluent Dutch and professional English
