What You'll Do:
Lead the flow of care and make every moment count as a Clinic Supervisor (RN). In this role, you’ll drive smooth, efficient daily operations by organizing participant flow, prioritizing needs, and guiding nursing and support staff through effective delegation based on training and participant acuity. Working closely with providers and the interdisciplinary team, you’ll foster strong collaboration, maintain an organized clinical environment, and ensure high-quality care. Your leadership will be essential in coordinating care, optimizing workflow, and improving outcomes for every participant we serve.
