The Clinic Supervisor is responsible for general supervision of staff and workflow. This position is responsible for ensuring that the clinic is conducive to a productive environment.

  • Supervise staff; to include, recruitment, performance management, time clock and the running of daily huddles
  • Monitor and suggest operational changes
  • Oversight of staff schedules and ensures coverage
  • Responsible for training of new staff and re-training of current staff
  • Run reports and confers with management on results
  • Monitor employee productively and provide constructive feedback and coaching
  • Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
  • Receive complaints and resolves problems
  • Maintain timekeeping
  • Pass on information from management to employees and vice versa
  • Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertakes disciplinary actions in conjunction with management if the need arises.
  • Responsible for daily deposits and petty cash
  • Participate in conferences and meetings, represent the clinic on organizational initiatives

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3 years Healthcare Experience
  • Proven experience as a leader
  • Familiarity with company policies and legal guidelines for healthcare
  • Ability to learn a variety of job descriptions
  • Outstanding leadership skills
  • Ability to build trust with physicians and co-workers
  • Ability to keep a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Must be detailed oriented
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
