The Journey Clinic RN provides comprehensive nursing care for patients in a virtual and/or ambulatory care environment, addressing individual physical, emotional, and spiritual needs while applying appropriate care strategies across the lifespan. This position facilitates care coordination by utilizing the nursing process to assess, identify, plan, implement, and evaluate all aspects of patient care and education through direct interaction, as well as telephonic, telehealth, and electronic encounters.
This role collaborates closely with other members of the healthcare team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care. The Clinic RN maintains compliance with professional nursing standards and regulatory requirements and supports clinicians in delivering safe, effective patient care. All actions are aligned with and reflect the organization’s core values.
