Job Description

Lead the Team. Drive Performance. Deliver Exceptional Patient Care.

Medi-Weightloss of Princeton is seeking a high-energy, people-first Clinic Operations Manager to lead our medical weight loss clinic. This individual will oversee daily operations, drive new patient enrollment, and ensure the delivery of exceptional, compliant, patient-centered care.

We serve individuals who have made a courageous decision to improve their health. The right leader will create an environment that is structured, encouraging, professional, and results-driven.

This is a leadership role with direct responsibility for clinic performance.

About Medi-Weightloss

Medi-Weightloss is a physician-supervised medical weight loss program built on five pillars: Medical, Nutritional, Physical, Motivational, and Educational support. Our programs combine clinical oversight, prescription support when appropriate, nutritional counseling, and ongoing accountability to help patients achieve sustainable results.

But what truly sets us apart is how we serve.

We treat people with respect.
We tell the truth.
We hold them accountable.
We celebrate their wins.
And we create a space where transformation is possible.

The Clinic Operations Manager is responsible for:

  • Leading and developing clinic staff

  • Driving new patient consultations and enrollment

  • Overseeing administrative and operational workflows

  • Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and franchise standards

This role reports directly to ownership and plays a critical part in the clinic’s growth and culture.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

  • Supervise administrative and clinical support staff.

  • Provide coaching, accountability, and professional development.

  • Foster a culture of respect, excellence, and ownership.

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Conduct patient consultations and confidently convert qualified leads.

  • Implement strategies to increase patient engagement and referrals.

  • Follow up with prospective patients to optimize conversion rates.

Clinic Operations & Compliance

  • Oversee scheduling, patient registration, and EMR documentation processes.

  • Ensure adherence to HIPAA, healthcare regulations, and franchise protocols.

  • Maintain quality assurance standards and audit readiness.

  • Manage billing processes, inventory control, and daily financial reconciliation.

Patient Experience

  • Ensure patients receive professional, compassionate, and consistent care.

  • Address patient concerns promptly and effectively.

  • Support a structured environment that balances accountability with encouragement.

  • Create and atmosphere that feels safe, focused and motivating.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years’ experience in medical office or healthcare operations management.

  • Proven success in a performance driven environment.

  • Strong understanding of healthcare compliance and regulatory standards.

  • Experience managing teams and holding performance standards.

  • Strong communication skills, in person and on the phone.

  • Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Clinical licensure not required.

This Role is FOR you if You are:

  • High-energy and naturally motivating.

  • Confident in sales conversations and comfortable closing.

  • Organized and detail-oriented.

  • Professional in appearance and communication.

  • Results-driven and competitive in a healthy way.

  • Encouraging and people-first — but not afraid to hold standards.

This Role Is NOT For you If You…

  • Wait for direction and Prefer routine over growth.

  • Are uncomfortable leading from the front.

  • Shy away from goals and performance targets.

  • Struggle to hold others accountable with clarity and kindness.

  • Are looking for a purely administrative role without revenue responsibility.

Compensation

  • Competitive base salary (Commensurate with Experience)

  • Performance-based bonuses tied to new patient enrollment and clinic performance

  • Opportunity for growth within a multi-location expansion vision

This is a ground-floor leadership opportunity. You will not be stepping into someone else’s culture. You will help build it.

This role requires leadership, professionalism, emotional intelligence, and comfort operating in a medical environment.

If you want to lead with purpose, grow something meaningful, and be measured by real results — this could be your role.
