Position Purpose:
This positionis responsible foroverseeing the day-to-day operations within the clinic, including staff coordination, process improvement, training, and troubleshooting. The roleassistsin managing workload assignments, scheduling, patientregistrations,andmedical records, while ensuring smooth clinic operations and patient flow. The position also involves administrative duties such as coordinating billing, handling patient inquiries, verifying insurance, and managing special projects.The lead serves as a resource for staff, provides direction in the absence of the manager, and ensures adherence to performance expectations and operational policies.

Full Time; 40 hours/week

Job Duties:

Optimizesclinic operations,assistingwith patient registration, billing, demographics, code scanning, denials, and collections.
Overseesstaff scheduling, onboarding,and education.Assistswith payroll, timekeeping, and performance management
Recognizes and addresses issues, improvingclinicflow and ensuring quality patient care Responds to patient inquiries.
Activelyparticipatesin meetings,leadshuddles, ensuring adherence to safety, infection control, and departmental policies.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be comfortable operating in a collaborative, shared leadership environment.
Associate's degree in related fieldrequired Equivalent years of experience in related fieldsmay be considered in lieu ofAssociate’sdegree.
Must have a minimum of2years of prior related experience in a medical office or healthcaresetting
Proof of completion of Mandatory Reporter abuse training specific to populationservedwithin three (3) months of hire.
Basic Life Support (BLS) for the Healthcare Provider certified or obtained within three (3) months of hire.
