
The Pediatric GI team at Deaconess specializes in diagnosing and treating disorders of the digestive system in children of all ages, from newborns to teenagers. We are looking for compassionate, caring people to join our talented staff of health care professionals as we continue to grow to be the preferred, regional health care partner in our community. The Clinical Office Assistant is responsible for providing direct or indirect care, under the supervision of a physician based on their scope of training to patients who present with urgent, emergent or potential health problems, as well as preventive care. This position will support as a second COA for Dr. Carey due to her high patient volume. The work schedule would be Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
Pediatric GI Conditions we specialize in are: Crohn's Disease, Celiac Disease, Ulcerative Colitis, Malabsorption, Vomiting, Diarrhea, Abdominal Pain or Distention, Gastroesophageal Disease (GERD), and other gastrointestinal (GI) conditions.
