The Clinic Nurse delivers compassionate, patient-centered care in a collaborative healthcare setting. This role is responsible for assessing patient needs, coordinating care, administering treatments, providing health education, and supporting providers to improve patient outcomes. Location: Glendive

Schedule: Full-time | M/W-Th 7:45 am - 5 pm, Tues 8 am - 5 pm, F- 7:45 am - 1 pm | No Weekends

Salary: LPN $27-29/hr DOE

Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do:

• Deliver Patient-Centered Care – Conduct assessments, provide treatments, and ensure strong follow-up care.
• Collaborate Across Teams – Partner with providers and healthcare staff to create effective care plans.
• Educate & Empower – Support patients and families with knowledge on conditions, treatments, and prevention.
• Administer Medications – Safely deliver medications and treatments per protocols.
• Maintain Records – Accurately document patient care and changes in condition.
• Drive Quality Improvement – Participate in initiatives that enhance care and outcomes.
• Provide Inclusive Care – Deliver respectful, culturally competent care to diverse populations

Qualifications

Required:

• Nursing degree from an accredited nursing program
• Current LPN license in state of practice
• Valid driver’s license

Preferred:

• 2 yrs of experience of nursing experience
• 2 yrs of experience in primary care
