Provide quality care and assistance to patients and doctors in the clinics.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Carries out the medical services for PE, APE and Applicant’s Consultations.
Administers ECG, BP and Pap Smear(if without OB-Gynecololgist and if with patient’s consent) for Annual Physical Examinations and Applicant’s Consultations.
Assists patients in acquiring doctor’s request/prescription.
Provides medicine (without prescription) to patients/MPI employees.
Gives injectable medicines as prescribed by doctors.
Receives patients for PE, APE and Applicants Consultations.
Directs and instructs patients regarding procedures of PE, APE and Applicant’s Examinations and Consultations.
Prepares referral to hospitals and/or other doctors (to be signed/approved by attending Medicard physician).
Puts the entry of BP results and mounts ECG strips to APE from and submits to Labaratory section for further data inputting.
Log and files daily documents on PE, APE and Applicant’s Examinations and Consultations.
Prepares monthly report of the daily operations. The monthly report has the daily report containing the patients’ name, company, ID number and attending doctors, and the summary of the daily report (total number of patients and tally of top ten companies).
Cleans speculum and linens.
Assists in the MediCard Medical Service Team that goes to the client-company premises to conduct APE.
Logs, mounts and compiles ECG records of the APE and received (from the interns) and logs the ECG notations/readings.
Logs and passes to Laboratory section the Pap Smear results of the external APE.
Assists in minor operations.
Handles keeping and updating of the medical records of patients/clients.
Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
QUALIFICATION AND GUIDELINES
Education : Registered Nurse
Experience : At least 6 months work experience
Other Skills : Above average written and verbal communication skills. Personable.
