One Health is seeking a dynamic and solutions-oriented Clinic Manager to lead daily operations, support high-quality patient care, and foster a positive workplace culture. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines team development, operational oversight, and continuous improvement to ensure exceptional service for our patients and communities.

Location: Sheridan

Type: Full-Time: 40 hrs/week (M-F)

Salary: RN: $88,028.00 - $88,358.40 / year DOE

LPN: $76,768 - $83,370/year DOE

Unlicensed: $64,260 - $66,179/year DOE

What You'll Do

  • Lead clinic operations and oversee daily activities to ensure efficient, patient-centered services.
  • Supervise and develop support staff through coaching, mentoring, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Optimize staffing, scheduling, and attendance to maintain smooth clinic workflows and outstanding patient experiences.
  • Monitor clinic budgets, expenses, and resources while identifying opportunities for operational and cost efficiencies.
  • Analyze performance metrics, patient outcomes, and quality measures to drive continuous improvement and organizational success.
  • Collaborate with clinical leadership, facilities, and community partners to support compliance, safety, and high-quality care delivery.

What We're Looking For

Education/Certificates/Licenses:

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or in lieu of degree, eight (8) years’ experience or a combination of associate’s degree and four (4) years of experience
  • BLS certification upon hire
  • Valid driver’s license

Preferred

  • Unencumbered nursing license

Experience

Required

  • Three (3) years of experience in a clinical setting OR at least two (2) years working at One Health in a clinical setting.
  • Minimum one (1) year experience in direct supervision of employees OR one (1) year clinical licensure that requires in-direct supervision of clinical staff (RN, MA)

Preferred

  • Worked for a Federally Qualified Health Center
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to lead change, manage priorities, and support a team-focused culture.
