The Clinic Manager, PMG Clinical Support Hub, is responsible for the operational leadership, coordination, and performance management of centralized clinical support services across Providence Medical Group (PMG) ambulatory practices. This role oversees the daily functions of the Clinical Support Hub, ensuring high-quality support for patient access, referral management, prior authorizations, care coordination, inbox management, and other centralized clinical workflows.
The Clinic Manager provides leadership to Clinical Support Hub caregivers, promotes service excellence, drives operational efficiencies, and collaborates closely with clinic leadership, providers, and operational partners to ensure timely and effective support for PMG practices. This position serves as a key leader in advancing standardized workflows, improving patient and provider experience, and achieving organizational performance goals.
Coordinate and manage clinic service activities and staff to achieve continuous and optimal patient care. Oversee operational aspects of provider practice to ensure clinical quality and financial viability. Responsible for day-to-day operations of clinic practice with 2 or more disparate specialties, typically in different locations and greater than 20 FTE staff FTEs. Operational Leadership
Bachelors degree in nursing, business administration, or related field required. Six (6) years experience in lieu of degree requirement.
*Four (4) years of relevant experience required.
